Here are several real tasty ways in which to add a perky punch of flavor to iLoveToLiveWell’s already incredible, French sourdough boules.

Use only non-irradiated, organic, dried spices and herbs. Add in the desired combination of spices and/or herbs to the large amount of einkorn flour set aside for the bulk fermentation. If wanting to flavor soft pretzels, bread sticks and/or bagels… round all of the measurements.

1} Sesame & Garlic
Sesame seeds, whole… ¼ cup… not from China
Garlic, minced… 1 tablespoon

2} Onion & Dillseed
Dillseed, whole… 1½ tablespoons
Onion, minced… 1½ tablespoons

3} Onion & Dillweed
Dillweed, 1½ tablespoons
Onion, minced… 1½ tablespoons

4} Caraway & Onion
Caraway seeds, whole… 1½ tablespoons

5} Pizza Flavored
Basil leaf, 1 tablespoon
