Why do we get sick, become ill or suffer in a body that’s at dis-ease? The latter stated is not something that just happens to us. Believe this or not, an unwell state is what we receive in return for the labor we put forth to have it. Look at the situation this way. The truth is that we earn an ailing body through a lack of much needed wisdom, and this particular wisdom has been available to us for millennia. With this world’s constant stream of endless information, how is it that we can possibly lack in any wisdom? The World Wide Web is at our very fingertips, and there’s a plethora of knowledge this world has to offer to us. Despite the wealth of information to which we have access, why is it that we will always fall short in achieving optimum health? It’s not until we stop listening and adhering to the inferior wisdom of this world that we will know how to reach the superior level of health all of us would love to attain. How do we earn perfect health, and when do we show ourselves wise? Once we really understand the profound wisdom within Scripture, this is exactly when we will get well and stay well.
